Certificate of Incumbency/Company Report
For companies incorporated in Hong Kong
Company reports refers to Annual Returns obtained directly from Hong Kong Companies Registry within 6 months. The Report gives a summary of the key particulars of a selected company, including but not limited to registered office address, address of principal place of business in Hong Kong and particulars of authorized representatives, share capital structure, name(s) of current director(s) and particulars of company secretary.
For companies incorporated outside of Hong Kong
Company report refers to any document issued directly by the local company registry within 6 months and presents the information regarding registered company name, registered address and date, directors, shareholders and the information of issuing authority (name, signature date).
A certificate of incumbency including above information is acceptable.
香港注册公司
可提供近六个月内香港公司注册处签发的法团成立表格（Incorporation Form）或周年申报表（Annual Returns）作为公司报告。公司报告应包括但不限于以下信息：公司名称、公司注册地址、营业地址、授权代表、股权结构，现任董事姓名及公司秘书的等信息。
非香港注册公司
公司报告应为当地企业注册机构在近六个月内签发的包含公司名称、注册地址、注册日期、董事、股东等信息的文件，需具有报告签发机构名称及签名等内容。
