Ownership Structure
The ownership chart is a diagram that depicts ownership interests in and outlines the structure of a group of companies.
The ownership chart must be signed by one of the Directors with his full name printed. For each of the companies please make sure their full names and places of incorporation are shown on the Chart.
Please ensure that the following shareholders must be clearly presented on the ownership chart: Individual shareholders with equal to or more than 10% shareholdings; Company shareholders ultimately held by an individual who is holding equal to or more than 10% shares.
股权架构应为展示贵公司股权分配情况的图表，需由贵公司董事署名并亲笔签名。如有公司股东，应提供该公司全名及注册地。
贵公司如有以个人名义持股>=10%的股东或个人通过公司持股>=10%的股东，需在股权架构图中体现。
